NetPass pricing varies by service but typically start at around $4.95/mo. for basic shared hosting with a pre-paid annual Agreement. SSL (secure socket layer) technologies are provided at no additional cost and offer you and your visitors piece of mind that the site is protected.
In a nutshell, shared hosting simply means your site lives on a server that other NetPass client sites live on. Virtual gives you your own server within a server that is also occupied by other virtual hosting clients. Dedicated is just that, you get your own server (even though you don’t own the physical hardware, software, etc.). Shared is ideal for most clients while virtual and dedicated offer clients more management options and are perfect for large- scale web products, resellers, etc.
Yes. NetPass offers FTP and other options that give you as much control of your website(s) as needed ensuring your site and other client sites are protected.
Our goal is to ensure your product is up and accessible within a 99.9% threshold, so our team makes sure that all applicable software and hardware updates are performed as well as scheduling regular backups allowing quick recovery in case of data loss or technical issues.

In short, yes, although we generally recommend custom builds that give us, our clients, and anyone a client may want to engage in the process greater flexibility to manage website content and features. We have expertise in several template-based products including WordPress, but we pride ourselves on optimal product performance so custom is typically the route we recommend.
Tough question as this depends largely on what the template is designed to accomplish. If you’re looking for a basic no-frill website with a few pages, a contact form, and maybe a few interactive components, a template site can be a bit less expensive to build. However, be cautious because even if you need a basic site now, chances are you’ll need additional features, etc. later and template sites can be complicated to manage. If many cases, costs to build a custom product with our agency are very competitive you frankly you get more for your buck.
Our agency offers both new domain registration and domain management services. We also offer services that allow you to point your website to your domain wherever it sits, even if we don’t manage it. While we do manage domains that sit outside of our registrar account, we typically prefer to move domains into our portal better ensuring the domain is protected from expiration and potential loss.
